It's A Day

Ever have one of those days that you just wish would end? Or, even better yet -- that you wish you could start over? That's where I'm at today. By 9 a.m. I wanted to pull my hair out. And it hasn't gotten much better since then.

But, I'm going to write a fun blog post tonight (that I'm really excited about) and enjoy some vino with my hubby while watching the NBA playoffs. The night will be better than the day. Fingers crossed.

Dominate

Magic star Dwight Howard made a point earlier this week. Paraphrasing, he said you gotta let your dominate player dominate. Tonight, Howard got the ball, had a 20/20 game, and the Magic won. So, maybe there's some truth to the Howard domination theory.

Frequently, people walk on eggshells, spread the ball around, giving players equal time. Perhaps we can learn a real-life lesson from Orlando's Superman. Thought?

Happy Monday

I think this week is going to be a combination of two television shows. First: "Game On" (remember that West Wing episode?). And, two, "they don't know that we know that they know that we know ..." from Friends. A classic episode.

My life this week? If it's a combination of West Wing and Friends -- it should be interesting!! Have a great week!

Easter

Easter is a time for fresh starts ... new beginnings. As the sermon this morning reminded us, we need to roll those stones -- the ones preventing us from getting where we're going -- away. Sounds like a good way to start the week. Let's roll some rocks!
